Cross-country skiing and wellness are non-competitive intramural options during the winter term.
Besides improving their skills and techniques on and around the College campus, members of the intramural cross-country ski team head out a number of times each season to some of the fine trails that wind through the region.
In 健康, students engage in a variety of activities related to 健康y living. 瑜伽的平衡, 力量和耐力训练, mindfulness practice and recreational activities are explored with a focus on the body, 思想与精神. Student feedback helps to determine some of the class selections, and this group will also head off campus for some adventures and group trips.
